Payment can be made by any of the following methods 
  • By credit or debit card using PayPal
  • By credit or debit card using WorldPay
  • By post by sending either a  business or personal cheque or postal order or bankers draft (Please do not send cash through the post as no responsibility will be taken for non-reciept) 
  • By credit or debit card over the phone  between the following hours: Mon - Fri 09-00 to 22-00 hrs, Sat & Sun 09-oo to 18-00 hrs.

  • Please note that Dave`s Falconry Supplies does not store any customer credit or debit card  or any other financial details.
  • No information is sold, shared or given to any third party at any time.
 
SHIPPING INFORMATION 
  • We pride ourselves on packaging items well.
  • We will ship worldwide but if your country is not shown on the drop down menu please request a price for posting by email.
  • All purchases are processed and shipped by first class mail.
  • We ship twice a day wherever possible Monday to Friday  (09-00 & 16-00 hrs) and once on a Saturday (09-00hrs)
  • No items will be shipped on Bank Holidays and will be shipped on the next available working day. 
  • When purchasing items the postage cost will automatically be combined for you. 
  • The only exception to this is when we are away at weekends at Game/Country Shows. These dates/attendances will be posted on the website under events.  
AFTERSALES & RETURNS
 
At Dave`s Falconry supplies we try to offer an unbeatable level of customer service whilst at the same time offering quality merchandise at a reasonable price. Everything you buy is covered by our no quibble 7 day money back guarantee. You have 7 days to contact us from the date of despatch to arrange to return the product for a refund or exchange.
 
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the goods you purchased. If for any reason you are not all we ask is that the item is returned in its origional packaging and in good condition. If you do find it necessary to return any item the following information will be needed to be enclosed with the goods being returned to enable us to action your request quickly.
 
  • The invoice number and date or a copy of the invoice
  • Your name and address as per invoice
  • Whether you want a refund or replacement
  • The reason for the return 
Please do not just send items back with no information enclosed as we will be unable to deal with your issue. Please ensure you enclose at least your address and instructions for what outcome you would prefer.
 
Please note that any postage costs will not be refunded.
